Let's Get Started...

This is your entry-level training programme — Building the foundations. In Basic Training, clients receive structured, 1-to-1 coaching that builds fitness, strength, and discipline.

We start with a full fitness assessment and movement screening to tailor every session to your current ability. Expect a weekly face-to-face training session (or more, depending on your goals), plus a simple but effective workout plan for you to follow between sessions.

You’ll also get ongoing accountability: check-ins, basic nutritional guidance, and a training log to track progress.

This tier is ideal for people new to structured training, those returning to fitness, or anyone who wants solid coaching without over-complication.
