This is the top-tier programme — the equivalent of special forces. Elite Operations is for clients who want maximum impact, elite-level coaching, and full support.

You’ll benefit from high-frequency personal training (potentially 3+ sessions a week), advanced programming (including periodisation, specialised strength or performance cycles), and performance testing (e.g., fitness assessments, body composition).

Beyond training, you’ll receive premium support: bespoke nutrition planning, lifestyle coaching, recovery strategies (mobility, rest, stress management), and regular performance reviews.

You’ll also get priority access to your coach, in-depth feedback, and potentially 24/7 messaging support or check-ins.
